Our Work Process

• We conduct an initial site visit to the establishment (restaurant, hotel, food
factory, etc.) to assess the overall condition.
• The assessment covers: facility maintenance, staff performance, their
experience in food safety, and compliance with hygiene practices.
• We prepare an initial report highlighting strengths, observations, and
opportunities for improvement.

• Based on the initial report, we create a follow-up plan with the owner (weekly, every
10 days, or monthly).
• During each visit, we perform a comprehensive inspection, monitor corrective
actions, and provide a detailed report to the management and owner.
• We also ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality and Ministry of Public Health
requirements, in addition to global food safety standards (HACCP & ISO 22000).

• Prices are set after the first visit, depending on the nature of the
establishment and the frequency of visits.
• Contracts are flexible (monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or
annually).
• Contracts include free staff training on food safety (Level 1 & Level 2) as an
added value service from our company
